Enable seat plan caching for better performance.
Maybe some seat plans are just too big and are taking too long to load for those with poor internet connections?...we always advise users to enable Seat Plan Caching. Caching creates a memory of your pages and helps load the page much faster and for better performance. Always remember to turn off caching when you are setting up events as you could be fooled that changes you make to prices are not working.
